Delivery information

UK delivery

We currently accept delivery orders to UK addresses only. Standard delivery is free and is usually sent using a Royal Mail or Parcelforce Tracked 48 service.

We normally dispatch on the next working day, although some items may take up to 3 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Dispatch time is separate from the carrier's delivery time.

Tracked 48 normally takes 2–3 working days after dispatch. Including dispatch, please allow approximately 3–6 working days overall, excluding bank holidays. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Where no different delivery date has been agreed, goods will be delivered without undue delay and within 30 days as required by law.

Tracking

Once Royal Mail or Parcelforce reports your order as dispatched, we send the tracking number to the email address used for your order. Tracking events are then provided by the relevant carrier.

Collection-only items

Some large or unsuitable-for-post items may be marked Collection only. These items are not sent by Royal Mail. We will use the contact details on your order to arrange collection.

Delays or missing parcels

If your parcel is delayed, damaged in transit or appears to be missing, contact us with your order reference so we can investigate. Your statutory rights are not affected by a carrier delay.
